The One Name Studies have been in operation for over 15 years although development of a new inter-active web site now with Forums began in March 2006. Parish Locator for Windows

I have a program file that allows you to search for an individual Parish within UK. The program further allows you to search for a given distance around that Parish in order to identify others in close proximity. This is often useful when you are unfamiliar with an area and have not found the person you are looking for in the original parish.

The file can be downloaded and installed on your own computer running any version of Windows. The file is in zipped format and requires decompressing to extract all files (total size 6.38mb). Click here to download the file.
